Join us for incredible, gentle yet effective yoga! Hosted inside of an art gallery. The perfect start to your Saturday.
Location: 2277 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10035
Time: Doors close at 11:00 AM sharp | 45-minute class
This is a free weekly Hatha yoga class designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and reset your week. All levels welcome - whether you're brand new or deep in your practice.
What to Bring:
— Your own water bottle
— A towel to place over the provided mat
(Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own)
— Comfortable clothes you can move freely in
Come early to settle in. Doors close promptly at 11:00 AM.
Space is limited, so arrive a few minutes early to claim your spot.
