By-Donation Yin Yoga Class (In-Studio & Virtual)

Every Sunday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Open Space Yoga, join Erika for a 60-minute by-donation Yin Yoga class to help raise funds for ! All donation proceeds go to Covenant House Vancouver in supporting their remarkable endeavours, fostering hope and resilience among Vancouver's vulnerable youth.

Please note: If the class date you want to attend is fully booked on Eventbrite, you can also book the class for free here.

You must book to join virtually for free, as virtual tickets for this event are not available on Eventbrite.

This restorative Yin Yoga class invites your body to surrender, facilitating deep rest, relaxation, and gentle stretching. As you journey through this tranquil practice, you'll discover a profound sense of comfort and inner peace, allowing your body to melt into the welcoming embrace of your mat.

Whether you're beginning your yoga practice or are an experienced yogi, this class welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners seeking restoration and balance!

For this gentle and restful practice, here are a few things to consider:

• Blocks, bolsters, and straps will be provided by the studio! However, if you prefer to bring your own, or extra props, you are absolutely more than welcome to! Props are all about creating space, use as many as your body calls for. If you are joining online, please ensure you have these props nearby your mat!
• Wear comfortable clothing! Wear articles that make you feel comfortable in your practice; anything from leggings to joggers, the option is up to you - your comfort is a priority.
• Donations will be accepted upon arrival! When you arrive donations will be accepted in cash, and in efforts to make this class as accessible as possible, there is no minimum amount required to donate. All donation proceeds will be donated to Covenant House Vancouver! If you are joining online, there is no fee to register.
• Street parking is located right outside the studio! We have free street parking just outside the studio steps.
