Take a deep breath and let the ocean hold you.
Every Tuesday evening, you're invited to unwind and realign under the open sky. We’ll gather on the sand for gentle breathwork, guided yoga nidra, and a soothing sound bath — designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and settle into deep peace.
Bring a towel, blanket, or mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy. Come as you are — and give what you can.
