Training Goals and Topics:

• Build a supportive community among ambassadors.
• Equip ambassadors to share their stories with confidence and purpose. Develop leadership skills to mentor and grow other ambassadors.
• Strengthen knowledge of resources for patients, survivors, and caregivers in Wards 7 & 8.
• Connect participants to ongoing local and national training through additional programming.
• Create a community of volunteers to support Black Women Thriving.

Topics included are an introduction to the Patient Bill of Rights, Sharing Your Story, Building Community, and Connecting with Resources.
