It's your time to experience music and have some fun! This class is simple to follow and suitable for all fitness levels.
During the class you'll learn techniques which will help you feel relaxed and bring your body back to balance. Then, we transition into more movement, we dance, jump, bounce, shake whatever you want to do. Whatever feels good for you, it's your practise.
This class is special because we're focusing on how the music makes us feel, not how we look. There's no choreography, no rules, no judgement - you do your thing!
