CALLING ALL LOGOPHILES!!What's all the buzz about? The next BUZZED Adult Spelling Bee!!!!
Saturday May 23, 2026 at 7pm
Tickets are available for $10 in advance, and $15 at the door.
For each round you stay in the bee by spelling your word correctly, you get on adult beverage of your choice. The first rounds will be very easy to warm everyone up.
Words will get harder each round, especially with the drinks involved! (must spell word correctly to advance to the next round and get your drink)
No ticket required to stand in awe and applaud The Spellers.
Audience members are invited to attend to cheer, heckle, marvel at the contestants' mad spelling skills, and drive their drunken friends home after the bee.

Are you a spelling geek who likes the taste of victory? Did losing your middle school spelling bee on the word "broccoli" leave you demanding a do-over? Buzzed Bee is your chance to conquer some words, prove your 5th-grade teacher wrong, and do it like an adult--in a bar!
We host an adult spelling bee that will combine some of that nostalgic middle-school spelling bee vibe with a super-fun, laid-back atmosphere, the option of beer, and the guarantee that each round will get more and more ridiculous. And, of course, we'll offer way better prizes than the "Super Speller!" sticker you probably would have gotten in the 5th grade.
You must be 21+ years old and we are restricting it to 20 total participants, so sign up ASAP!
