From Prague to Seville invites you on a musical journey through love, longing, and passion. The program features three Czech quartets by Smetana, Janáček, and Dvořák, performed by the Orchestra For People Quartet—Chaewon Kim and Hyunji Lee (violin), Hahnsol Kim (viola), and William Suh (cello)—followed by highlights from Rossini's The Barber of Seville, where those same emotions come alive on the operatic stage.
Presented by Butterfly Ensemble, this concert celebrates the next generation of musicians through meaningful collaboration with outstanding guest artists. Audiences will experience the unique energy of young performers sharing the stage alongside accomplished professionals, creating an evening of mentorship, artistry, and musical connection.
