Celebrate the fall monarch migration with an afternoon of real butterfly science and family board games at Pollo Rosa Vineyard.
Lepidopterist Lucy Garcia Salik, PhD, sets up a working field station with pinned specimens from her collection, microscopes, and field guides, so kids and grown-ups can see butterflies up close and ask a real scientist every bug question they've got.
In between, pull up a table and play. Our game library has something for every age, and our Game Guide will help you pick a game and teach you how to play.
Your ticket includes the game library, the science station. Come and go anytime from 2 to 5. Kids 3 and under are free.
