Butter Supper Club - Lughnasadh

Join us at The Butter Museum on Friday 7 August for a special First Fridays celebration as we dance into harvest season,( techincally just after) Lughnasadh — one of the cardinal points in the Celtic calendar, traditionally marking the beginning of the harvest.
This month’s gathering will be a little different from our previous Butter Supper Clubs. While the past two Supper Clubs have centred around conversation, food and ideas, this one is all about music, movement and celebration —less yappin' more dancin’!
We’ll be hosting a rambling house with singer-songwriter Ger Wolfe and award-winning storyteller and set caller Maria Gillen. Maria will curate a lively night of songs, stories and traditional sets as we welcome the turning of the season and the beginning of harvest time.
Bring your dancing shoes and join in the Lughnasadh celebrations with The Butter Supper Club at The Butter Museum.
