We are back for a very special ladies only Buti Movement class! Join Guest teacher Kyle Alcachupas for a fun filled hour guaranteed to lift your spirits and make you sweat! Buti is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dancing, conditioning, pilates, cardio bursts, and deep abdominal toning, all set to an empowering, make-you-dance themed playlist! After the sweat sesh stay for a special pop-up shop featuring WOGLO, a faith based activewear company based locally right here on Hilton Head! Everyone who attends will be entered into a raffle to win a FREE WOGLO sports bra!
5:30-6:00pm- Want to try on sizes BEFORE you get sweaty? Feel free to stop be early!
6:00-7:00pm- Buti Class
7:00-8:00pmish- Shop time!
Rose provided to sip while you shop! If you're unable to take the class you are more than welcome come stop by and shop!
