Join Chelsea Gressman and Sarah Broussard for Buti and Beats with Live Dj Cocophony at Mishawaka Amphitheatre.
Drawing on primal energy to nurture your mind, body and soul. This class will guide to push you through your hardest moments to feel empowered. It is in this magical place that we integrate the human experience rather than escaping it.
Buti is primal movement, somatic techniques, and strength + conditioning all seamlessly woven throughout yoga sequencing to give you an all-in-one workout that helps truly transform your body & soul. Buti encourages you to get OUT of your head and IN to your body. The music is loud so we can sync our internal rhythm. The live DJ ebbs and flows between speeds and dynamic, keeping you present in the moment. Buti helps to process tension, stress, and anxiety out of the body, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and release endorphins leaving you feel in a state of bliss!
This class is all levels. Bring water and a towel, an open mind and open heart!
We will have the outdoor bar and food open after class, so plan on sticking around for more live music.
On-site parking will be free.
