Butcher Days is an in-store bulk meat event where customers can purchase whole primal cuts and work directly with our expert butchers to have them custom cut, portioned, and packaged while they watch.Buying meat at the primal level gives you better value per pound over time and more meals ready in your freezer. During the event, our butchers are available to answer questions, explain different cuts, and help you choose portions that fit how you cook and how much freezer space you have.
