Busy Bees Playhouse Pop-Up: Inclusive Sensory + Active Play for Ages 2–5

Busy Bees Playhouse is hosting a one-day pop-up play experience designed specifically for children ages 2–5. This smaller-scale event gives families a first look at the inclusive, sensory-friendly environment coming soon to our community.

Each session is intentionally capped to ensure a calm, engaging experience for every child.

Each 60-minute play session features:

• Sensory Exploration Area
• Movement Zone
• Ball Pit
• Calm Hive (quiet space)
• Photo & Pledge Wall

We will also have:

• Snacks and drinks available for purchase
• Select Busy Bees gift shop items

End of February (exact date listed above)
Sessions run hourly from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Each ticket is valid for one specific hour only.

• $7 per child, per hour
• 20 spots per session
• Adults are free with a registered child
• Pre-registration strongly encouraged

Each ticket grants access to one 60-minute play session during the selected time slot.

• Please arrive up to 10 minutes early
• Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time
• Play areas reset between sessions
• Late arrivals may lose play time, as sessions cannot be extended

• Designed for children ages 2–5
• Socks required for children (grip socks recommended)
• One supervising adult per child required
• Calm Hive available for children who need a quieter space

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets may be transferred to another family if you are unable to attend
• Walk-in availability is limited and not guaranteed

Busy Bees Playhouse is being built with inclusion as a foundation—not an add-on. This pop-up allows families to experience our vision, connect with community partners, and help shape what comes next.
