Yes, the Script Haven fundraiser all-day 'buskathon' returns on Saturday, December 20 - by popular demand, of course - and is all set to bring stockings full of seasonal cheer in exchange for some of the tinkley or even folded stuff dropped into the bucket.
Just as last time, John will be the human jukebox, playing a mixture of folk, classic jazz, blues, old rock and pop songs, and all you have to do is request a genre, and he will do his best to pick a number that suits. Oh yes, maybe a carol, too. Hark! This herald angel will be singing, so why not pop in and enjoy a tune or two while you browse the bookshelves and savour a warming cup of something. For as the much esteemed Neville Holder once so memorably observed... it's CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAAS!
