The contest is open to any business with a public-facing window or display within the city limits. To enter, businesses should stop by Unleash Council Bluffs to pick up their official Justin Boots Contestant Back Number, which must be displayed in the decorated window for judging. Registration is free, and windows must be completed by Friday, March 14, 2026.Prize Packages – Judge’s Choice

Contest Guidelines
1. Display Deadline: Window displays must be completed by Friday, March 14, 2026. Judging will take place Wednesday, March 18, 2026 by rodeo personnel.
Participants need to tag @councilbluffsprcarodeo on social media with a photo of their decorated window/display and entry number showing.
2. Theme: Western – Let’s Rodeo Council Bluffs
3. Family-Friendly Displays: Creativity, festivity, and fun are encouraged. Judging criteria include presentation, workmanship, originality, and the use of western-themed items.
4. No Entry Fee: Registration is required at Unleash Council Bluffs so judges can visit your business and photos can be submitted.
5. Eligibility: Open only to Council Bluffs businesses with storefront windows or displays visible to the public.
