Designed for women-led, women-identifying, and gender-diverse business owners on the Sunshine Coast, these sessions create space to step back from day-to-day demands and focus on intentional next steps. Whether you are navigating expansion, feeling stretched, or simply ready to reset, these workshops are structured to provide clarity and direction.

Participants will leave with practical plans, renewed momentum, and a focused path forward for the next phase of their business.

This session will help business owners clarify where they are now, define what growth means to their business, identify the obstacles that may be in their way, and surface the key decisions that may unlock momentum. Through guided reflection and small-group discussion, participants will create a focused 90-day plan built around one or two high-impact shifts, identify what needs to stop, simplify, or strengthen, and leave with a clear, actionable direction for their next phase of growth.
