This is your day.
A full, protected Saturday to step out of the swirl and finally get clear on what you want from your business in 2026 — not what you “should” want, or what someone else says growth looks like. Your vision. Your energy. Your pace.
What you’ll experience
You’ll be guided through a thoughtful, step-by-step process that starts with you — your dreams, your personality, your season of life — and then builds outward into a plan that actually works in the real world.
Reflect on the past year
You’ll honour the wins (even the tiny ones), name the lessons, and release what doesn’t get to hitch a ride into 2026.
Clarify how you truly want to feel in your business
Because strategy without alignment is just homework. You’ll identify what to stop doing, where to stay steady, and what new directions feel exciting — not exhausting.
You’ll get clarity on the support you need at home. In your business. In your community. For once, you’re not carrying everything alone.

WHO IS LEADING THE DAY
This workshop is facilitated by Doreen Ashton Wagner, Founder of Business Sisters, drawing on 25+ years of lived entrepreneurial experience — the wins, the stumbles, and the wisdom that comes from both.
You’ll be surrounded by other women entrepreneurs who get it. No need to pretend you have it all figured out. No need to be “on.” Just show up as you are.
DETAILS
FEE: $249.00 + HST
Includes your business plan template, morning + afternoon refreshments, a vegetarian, gluten-free lunch, and a celebratory drink to close the day.
WHAT TO BRING:
Dress in layers. Bring a shawl or blanket, your journal or day planner, your water bottle and a yoga mat (yes, we’ll stretch and meditate).
IN CASE OF WEATHER:
This is an in-person experience — no virtual option. If the weather misbehaves, we’ll shift to the next day.
