The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce is set to host the annual Business of Diversity: Awareness to Action, presented by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, on Thursday, March 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center. This half-day summit is a conversation and a call to action. Designed for business leaders, professionals, and community advocates, the event will explore strategies for building inclusive workplaces and fostering diverse talent. Through engaging discussions and interactive breakout sessions, attendees will gain actionable insights to strengthen their organizations and communities.
Keynote Speaker: Emily Jones
Headlining the event is Emily Jones, Texas Rangers field reporter, co-host of The Mom Game podcast, and author of two children’s books, Something Special in the Stands and A Place for Everyone.
