Business Model Innovation Workshop
About this Event
It's the business model, stupid.
Netflix, Spotify, Revolut — and closer to home, Perlego and BattMobility — all changed their industry. And they all did it by innovating their business model.
Innovation doesn't live in the technology you use. It lives in the value you create. With the building blocks of your business model, you can make that value exponentially bigger.
Technology as an enabler
Technology is an enabler for innovation. But the real innovation lies in the value you create for your customers and users.
The business model as a lever
You only create that value once you tap into the mental model of your user.
In this interactive session, we explore how you can use business model innovation to create more value for your customers — and become unbeatable to your competition.
We'll work through:
The value proposition
We sharpen what your real value proposition is. Why should customers buy from you? Where's the gap between what customers expect and what others simply can't deliver?
Customer and customer relationship
We define who that customer is, how best to reach them, and what kind of relationship you have with them.
Activities, resources and partners
How you create that value, and which resources and partners you need to do it, determine the leverage and scalability of your model.
What you'll walk away with:
- A sharper, evidence-based value proposition
- Clarity on your customer segments and how to reach them
- Insight into the activities, resources, and partners that scale your model
- A practical framework you can apply directly to your own business challenge
Who is this for?
Innovation, product, and business managers who want to move beyond technology-led thinking and use the business model itself as their main lever for growth.
