A strong board is the backbone of every successful nonprofit. This session is designed for anyone considering board service, current board members or nonprofit leaders. We’ll break down the essential roles, legal responsibilities, and best practices every board should follow. You’ll also learn how to build a more engaged, mission-driven board that works in true partnership with your organization. Great for new members or as a refresher for seasoned leaders.
*No previous classes are required to take this Chamber class.
