BRIDGING GENERATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE
Are you navigating the challenges of leading Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers; all on the same team?
Today’s workplace brings together more generations than ever, each with different experiences, communication styles, expectations, and approaches to work. At our November Business at Breakfast, we’re moving beyond the stereotypes and getting practical about what it takes to build a workplace where every generation can contribute and thrive.
FEATURED PANELISTS
We’re bringing the conversation to life with three local business leaders who manage teams, serve customers, and navigate generational differences every day:
Gracie Rigby | Rigby’s World Entertainment Complex
John Stauralakis | Trattoria di Napoli
Ken Beasley | Mission Critical Comfort Solutions
Our panelists will share real-world perspectives on recruiting, communication, workplace expectations, employee engagement, leadership, and what they’ve learned from managing across generations.
We’re also excited to welcome Lisa Rackley with the UGA Small Business Development Center, who will help guide the conversation and provide practical strategies that business owners and managers can take back to their own teams.
This isn’t just a conversation about generational differences; it’s about learning how to turn those differences into strengths.
