The Business & Professional Book Club, a partnership between Cowley County Economic Development and Winfield Public Library, will read and work through "Dare to Lead" by Brene Brown this summer.Book discussions will be held bi-weekly at the Winfield Chamber of Commerce with lunch generously provided by Cowley County Economic Development. Brene Brown has spent two decades researching the emotions that give meaning to our lives. In her 2018 bestseller "Dare to Lead" she shows how that research translates to real change for real people.

We don't see power as finite and hoard it; we know that power becomes infinite when we share it and work to align authority and accountability.
