Business AI Accelerator - Week 5: Market and Competitor Research
About this Event
Are you making business decisions based on real customer insights or just assumptions?
Understanding your customers and competitors is one of the most valuable skills for growing a business. Yet many small businesses rely on guesswork, limited feedback, or time-consuming online searches that don't always lead to better decisions.
Join WA AI Hub for Week 5 of the Business AI Accelerator, a practical workshop designed for small business owners, startup founders, and solo operators who want to research their market more effectively and turn information into business opportunities.

- A Customer & Competitor Research Framework for gathering and comparing information more effectively.
- Practical Prompting Techniques to explore customer needs, competitor positioning, and local market opportunities.
- Source Checking Skills to help you verify information before acting on it.
- A Repeatable Research Process you can apply to future business decisions, marketing campaigns, and new ideas.
