Gather around the fire as our veteran team shares the bushcraft skills and outdoor techniques that sit at the heart of the Root Cause Project, while enjoying a bushcraft-inspired tasting feast prepared over flame and embers.
Expect dishes such as ponassed whole salmon, Dutch oven roasted chicken, pit-cooked pork or lamb, scorched seasonal vegetables, smoked cheeses, and campfire fruit crumble.
