Bush Kindy - Kirra and Coco

Join this special Bush Kindy with local author Emily Serow for story-time with her new book Kirra and Coco. Children will love the story of the koala sisters, Kirra and Coco on their bush adventures, and enjoy fun koala-inspired activities!

Bush Kindy is for children aged 3 - 5 years, alongside their parents and carers. Be immersed in the natural surroundings of the reserve as children build nature confidence and respect for the environment through bushwalks, exploration, story-time, art 'n' craft and much more. Bush Kindy sessions can go for roughly 45 minutes and will go ahead in light rain. Themes and activities vary each week.

AGE: Suitable for ages 3 - 5 years.

BOOKINGS: Required via Eventbrite. Maximum 5 tickets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

• A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required.
• All adults and children (including infants) must have a ticket.

• Please cancel online via Eventbrite if you cannot attend.
• As this event is popular and places limited, late arrival tickets will be forfeited to make way for available attendees.

REQUIREMENTS ON THE DAY:

• Arrive minimum 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the centre.

• All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.

• Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed walking shoes (no thongs or open shoes please), sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.
• Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play.

• Water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.
