Bus Tour to Orchid Fest at Reiman Gardens in Ames, IA

We will leave the Extension Office at 7:30 AM on a bus, stopping in downtown Pella on the way up for a quick break and snack. We will spend the morning and early afternoon exploring Reiman Gardens, Orchid Fest, and the Butterfly Wing. Lunch from Hickory Park will be provided, along with a Q&A session with a Horticulture expert. On the way home, we will stop at the Cheese House in Leithyn, for a break and snack, returning to the office around 5:30 PM. Cost is $20 per person, which includes the bus trip, admission to Reiman Gardens, and lunch. Youth are welcome to attend with an adult. 4-H members can attend for $10. Additional costs: you will be responsible for purchasing snacks along the way or orchids or gift shop items at the garden.
