BUS TOUR OF REVOLUTIONARY 2026 HUNTERDON COUNTY
About this Event
Jump on our modern day stagecoach to spend a day seeing more than a dozen and a half sites of the American Revolution in modern day Hunterdon County. Stops are planned throughout the day to see various historic buildings as well as some of the graves of our Hunterdon heroes. Hunterdon's participation for the fight for independence as well as the important contributions of many of our Revolutionary War heroes will be narrated throughout the ride. Please note that we are staying in 2026 Hunterdon; sites in Hopewell, Maidenhead (Lawrence) and Trenton Townships (which were part of 1776 Hunterdon) are not included. Honestly, there is so much to see in our current 26 municipalities, one day is not enough!
Our coach bus is equipped with air conditioning and a private rest room. Leave from Raritan Township Municipal Building, One Municipal Drive, Flemington, at 8:45 am sharp. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Return by 5:30 pm.
Limited to 50 guests. Reservations are required. Rain or shine. $45 per person via Eventbrite. The all-inclusive fee covers cost of the bus, picnic lunch, several snacks, dessert, water, and even the tip for our driver.
