Schlafly’s Burns’ Night Festival will take place at the Schlafly Tap Room on Thursday, January 22nd, from 5 pm to 9 pm in celebration of Robert Burns' birthday, the Scottish poet and ploughman most famous for his poem “Auld Lang Syne.”The customs of this event include pipers piping Celtic music, soul-warming Scottish food, nostalgia, satire, and a poem read by Tom Schlafly. Plaid kilts are optional. The Parade of Pipers and Tom Schlafly's annual poem will begin at 5:45 pm.
We will have Schlafly Scotch Ale flowing both on draft and in cans. Burns' Night is a free event, and tables will be sat first come. You may begin arriving for Burns' Night at 4 pm for table seating or walk-up service in our North and South bars.
