Burnout to Balance: A 4-week Salt Room Reset / Blends Yoga, Breathwork, and Practical Coaching Tools
When: Sundays at 4:30pm from 4/12/26 - 5/3/26
In 4-weeks, 4 participants will learn more about burnout, nervous system regulation, and building sustainable habits to consistently bring their nervous system back to baseline (balanced + regulated).
Set in a calming salt therapy environment, each session blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and practical coaching tools to support your body and mind in slowing down, recovering, and recalibrating.
Each session will be hosted at , and every session is complemented by 45-min dry salt therapy (halotherapy). This natural, relaxing experience offers a variety of wellness benefits, including:
- Supports respiratory health – helps clear sinuses and ease breathing.
- Promotes relaxation and stress relief – creates a calm, soothing environment for mind and body.
- Improves skin wellness – can help with skin hydration and reduce irritation.
- Boosts overall immunity – inhaling micro salt particles may support your body’s natural defenses.
Sessions will begin with brief concepts to increase awareness of stress and burnout. Then, we will reflect and choose small actions to protect energy, and close with a grounding yoga practice. This practice builds awareness of how stress manifests in the body and mind, and allows our nervous system to spend time in a calm, regulated state.
