Over time, these persistent demands leave us burnt out, our nervous system stuck in survival mode, less able to think rationally or care for others. Drawing on her experience as a clinical psychologist and trauma therapist helping clients in a truly hard place, Dr. Claire Plumbly will explain how we can soothe our nervous system and bring it back to full capacity.
