Enter the valley of the Burning Troll.On the scenic and historic Donald Farm in Mount Horeb (the Troll Capital of the World) a strange and beautiful gathering takes shape: a night of music, firelight, and collective release.
The valley will come alive with sound of:
* Samantha Crain — multiple Native American Music Award winner, praised by The New York Times as “a promising young storyteller… with an alluring dark streak.”
* Nur-D — a genre-bending force of charisma and energy, blending hip-hop, glam, funk, and rock into an electrifying live show.
* Mama Digdown’s Brass Band — celebrating 30 years of New Orleans-style funk and explosive, joy-filled sound.
* Cirque du Cham - big circus energy and fire performers!
* Forward! Marching Band — a roaming celebration of rhythm, community, and movement throughout the grounds.
* New Glarus Alphorns — massive, majestic horns calling across the valley in a farewell fit for trolls.
* Caravan Gypsy Swing Ensemble — virtuosic, globe-touring swing to stir the fire in your feet.
* The Stop and Listen — foot-stomping old-time energy with rich harmonies and soul.
* Supersonic Soul Circle — a deep, meditative, ecstatic chant to close the night in release and renewal.
And of course… the fire.
As night falls, this year we will gather around multiple trolls to be set ablaze.
Flames will rise. Sparks will lift into the sky. The valley will glow, and somehow we will all feel a little more alive.
