Join us for our second Burning of the Cuttings – a long-standing French tradition where the winter vineyard prunings (called ‘canes’) are collected and burned, decreasing the risk of spreading disease, parasites, mold and mildew in the vineyard, and adding nutrients back to the soil. There is no charge to enjoy Burning of the Cuttings.
The celebration also includes:
– Smoked Meats Flights from The Iron Grille. Tickets for the flights are available on Eventbrite.
– Live music from The Mark James Trio
– Distillery Daze: Travel to our distillery at the top of the vineyard for a free tour and complimentary sample of Clover Hill Spirits
