While the Y is closed for Thanksgiving Day and the pies are setting up, join us to BURN THE BIRD! Get in a workout focusing on STRENGTH, CARDIO, and CORE on the morning before the big meal.
- 8 AM to 9:30 AM (1.5 hours)
- OPTIONAL: Stay & play Pickleball after the workout!
- $5 for Y Members
- $15 for Non-Members
