Grab a friend or family member and come and join us for a free workout at 9am on Thanksgiving morning. You do not need to be a member to participate in this workout. The goal is to burn some calories on a day that is typically spent consuming them. The workout will last about 45-50 minutes, and we can modify the workout to accommodate all fitness levels. Please try and RSVP so we can have a ballpark to plan off of for setup of the workout.
