13 YEARS!!! This is our 13th Burn It Before You Eat It WORKOUT!!!I am so excited! This is one of our favorite workouts of the year! Open to the public, bring friends and family such a good way to get together before the craziness of Thanksgiving day begins!
Class will start at 8:30 will run a circuit style class around the gymnasium of plains school!!
This is a $15 drop in rate.
Memberships,punchcards, and free referral are not eligible for payment this class.
