Whether you're a grill novice or an aspiring pitmaster, this class will teach you techniques, flavor principles, and hands-on skills you can take home and apply in your own backyard.

The class will be led by Burn Co.’s experienced pitmasters, including founder Adam Myers, who will share their proven methods, tips, and secrets that set Burn Co. apart. You’ll learn to trim and season meats, manage fire and smoke, monitor internal temps, finish and rest your cuts, and taste some of the best barbecue around — all under expert guidance.

By the end, you’ll leave with deeper BBQ confidence, a booklet of recipes and tips, and the confidence to bring Burn Co. flavor to your own grill.
