Roll out your mat at Oak Hill Social and join us for Burn + Brunch. This is a laid-back, all-levels mat Pilates class that flows right into a relaxed brunch from the Oak Hill kitchen!
We’ll move together for 45 minutes of feel-good stretches, core work, and plenty of time to breathe. After class, ease into coffee, mimosas, and seasonal bites with a crowd that loves starting Saturdays on a high note!
Whether you’ve been doing Pilates for years or you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time, you’ll head out feeling stretched, nourished, and glowing. ✨
What to Bring
- Your mat (a few extras available if you don't have one)
- A water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- A friend you want brunch with!
