Join us for a FREE Sunday Funday workout! We are offering a 25 minute workout and 25 minutes of stretching and mobility followed by mimosas at Resident Culture Brewing Company. Cold towels will be available for participants but please bring plenty of water and a yoga mat or large towel if you don't want to sit in the grass. Meet at the large field next to the playground.
