It's that time again! You are invited to join us for the coolest party you have ever been invited to— Burn Baby Burn! Deadlift Inferno Disco Deadlift Party only at The Iron Warehouse Gym!
If you have never been to a Deadlift Party at The Iron Warehouse Gym let me explain how it works!
We turn down the house lights, turn on the strobe lights and turn up the disco playlist.
We set up a Deadlift Station in the center of the big area and start The Texas Deadlift Bar off with 75 pounds. Anyone who wants to lift gets in line and gives it their best shot. We keep adding 5's on each side until we get to the top lift!
💥 All lifters welcome — adults, children, adults who act like children, members, non-members, beginners, and elite beasts.
🎶 A custom Disco Playlist from the 70's that will make you want to wear your Boogie Shoes. If you have any musical requests let us know!
🌭 Free food. Hamburgers and Hotdogs fresh off the grill!
We start at 2pm and go until we get to the top weight! It doesn't matter if you are 7 or 70 you are going to have a great time!
