Burn & Sip Decorating Class

In this fun and interactive hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create your very own trendy burn-away cake — the cake trend everyone is talking about! Students will decorate a 6inch cake and learn how to safely apply and create the edible burn-away topper that reveals a hidden image or message underneath.

During class you will:
• Learn how to stack, frost, and smooth a 6 inch cake & How to seal images for on top of your cakes
• Work with buttercream and beginner decorating techniques
• Create and apply a custom burn-away cake topper
• Learn safe burning and layering techniques
• Decorate your cake with trendy designs, piping, sprinkles, and finishing details
