Burlyflexx @ Marrickville - Christmas Edition

This festive season, embrace your confidence and celebrate your unique sensuality with an electrifying 6-week Burlesque program led by the dazzling Lou P Scarlett. Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping into the world of Burlesque for the first time, this course will teach you the fundamentals while helping you expand your performance skills in a festive atmosphere.

This Burlyflexx course focuses on neo-burlesque, combining the classic elements of Burlesque with modern dance, music, and pop culture – and we’re bringing a touch of holiday magic! You’ll master core Burlesque moves like the bump, grind, shimmy, shake, and strut, while also learning the power of stage presence, character development, and costume creation. All of this will culminate in a fierce and sensual strip-tease routine.

As a grand finale, you'll perform this routine in the final week at One Playground, alongside Lou P and fellow students. You’ll also have the chance to take the stage at Sydney’s hottest new cabaret venue, The Emerald Room, for a special holiday performance!

Please note you must attend all 6x sessions!

Your 6 week program will include:

Nipple tassels, gloves and 1x costume piece (this will be presented through the duration of the course)

What You Need To Provide:

Undergarments (bra, underwear, stockings) + heels

One Playground Performance Day (Week 6) @ Surry Hills - Mon 9th December, 6pm - 7pm

The Emerald Room Performance - Sunday 15th December 2024, 6pm
