Isaac Bissell, Conservation Stewardship Director at the Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB), will share insights into the organization’s distinctive dual mission, which has guided its efforts since it was founded in 1987.
Learn how these efforts, collaborating with nonprofit and private partners across the state, break down conventional barriers to address complex community challenges such as chronic poverty, job loss, affordability, and infrastructure needs.
