Beat the winter blues with cozy cuisine and Burgundy wine pairings to warm body and soul.
Fresh from their travels through France’s renowned Burgundy wine region, Christopher and Bethany Hewitt invite you to experience the wines of Beaune, France, thoughtfully paired with indulgent winter cuisine.
Your evening begins as you enter the private estate at Hewitt Oaks, surrounded by graceful moss-laden oaks and sweeping Lowcountry views. Upon arrival, enjoy a French Onion Soup Canap´e and Croque Monsieur Goug`eres with your first wine pairing.
As the evening unfolds, Chefs Christopher and Bethany Hewitt will guide you through a live culinary demonstration, showcasing the techniques and inspiration behind a sophisticated four-course menu. You'll simply sit back and savor a beautifully plated dinner, accompanied by a wine pairing for each course.
Along the way, our chefs will share their tips, insights, and stories behind each dish, and you’ll leave with the complete collection of recipes to recreate the experience at home.

Table reservations are available for 2, 4, 6, or 8 so you can all sit together! We'll show you our tips and secrets for preparing each dish, and you'll get the recipes to take home with you!
Cost is $109+tax per person. Gratuity may be made evening of with cash, check or Venmo. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.

MEET THE CHEFS
Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today's Best Chef in Bluffton. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!
Bethany Hewitt founded Southern Graces in 2002 and is also a trained Chef. She works with high-end clients to design, plan, and execute extraordinary events, like the reception for The Lord Bishop of London, the CMT Awards, and the launch of Porsche 911. Bethany loves sharing her passion for food and design. You can count on it being a fabulous event whenever she's involved!
