This exclusive event, in collaboration with Grain Bin Brewing, features a thoughtfully curated plated menu paired with select craft beers to enhance your culinary experience.
The menu begins with baked garlic parmesan chicken wings, followed by a bison burger on a brioche bun with arugula and Saskatoon berry compote, served with baked zucchini chips and garlic aioli. For dessert, enjoy a caramel apple trifle, presented in a stylish jar. Each course is paired with a unique beer selection from Grain Bin Brewing.
