Bunny sound bath | guided meditation

Join us for a gentle sound bath and guided meditation designed to soothe your nervous system and welcome the new year with softness, playfulness, and joy.

Because bunnies have very sensitive hearing, this experience will feature very gentle sounds paired with a calming, soothing guided meditation. The intention is to create a peaceful environment that feels safe and nourishing for both humans and animals.

This is a fully consensual experience for the bunnies. They always have access to their safe space, so while they may choose to join us, wander, or rest away at times, their comfort and wellbeing are always the priority. Their presence is offered freely, reminding us to honor boundaries, gentleness, and attunement.

Bunnies are incredibly gentle beings and have much to teach us about presence, softness, and listening. This experience is an invitation to embody those qualities as you begin the year.

After the session, Blue Dot Acres will have farm-fresh goodies available for purchase. Proceeds help support the farm and give back to our local community.
