Dan Vienneau will be guiding us through the distinctive character of this Islay distillery. Dan is a 20yr veteran of the Atlantic hospitality industry, much of that time spent as the GM of Hopscotch Whisky Bar, in Saint John. He has travelled to Scotland, Kentucky, and Jamaica to experience distillation firsthand and has met soem of the best distillers in the world. He has hosted countless whisky and spirit tastings over the years, and has garnered a reputation for being passionate and knowledgeable. His events are informative, and entertaining without an ounce of pretension or snobbery.
