There will be five rounds (six if needed based on attendees) of fun and competitive play over the course of two days.
This will be 2,000 points using Chapter Approved 2025-26 Mission Deck and ITC rules. Armies are required to be painted to a battle ready standard to gain their painted points
-Armies will consist of 2000 points or fewer.
-Any codexes, white dwarf releases, specialty model releases, etc released after 10/25/2025 will not be used in the tournament.
-Any books released without an FAQ will have an FAQ made by the organizers of this event if it is appropriate.
Lists are due November 1st by 11:59PM PST.
Conversions must be approved by the TO prior to the event. Email the TO at [email protected]. This includes 3rd party models and 3d prints.
All tickets must be purchased through PayPal. Make sure to include your email you use for BCP in the notes for the purchase.
Prize support is provided by Hobby Badger Games, Sword and Board, Matrix Cards and Games, Heroes Corner, hearthstone Realty, and Baron of Dice
All purchases are refundable until October 25th, 2025 after which no tickets will be refunded. Tickets may be transferred to another party up until November 1st, 2025.

$100 entry fee (due at registration use PayPal link) includes:
Entry to 40k event and a meal ticket
There will be a bar!!!! Drinks at the bar beer or other $5 dollars each. Soda or bottled water is $1.50. Bring cash bar and kitchen only take cash
Unfortunately, we cannot bring in soda or bottled water inside the building per the venue.
A meal ticket is included with your entry fee. The meal ticket includes lunch on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday, and Lunch on Sunday
Sunday’s lunch will be provided by Hearthstone Realty, and it will be pizza.
There are 10 RV spots available if anyone is interested $15 a night electricity and water are available no sewage hookups are available.

Registration 8:00 – 8:45
Pre-event meeting: 8:45 – 9:00
Round one: 9:00 – 12:00
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00
Round two: 1:00 – 4:00
Break: 4:00 – 4:30
Round 3: 4:30 – 7:30
Day Two:
Round four: 9:00 – 12:00
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00
Round five: 1:00 – 4:00
Break: 4:00 – 4:30
Round six: 4:30 – 7:30(if needed)
Awards and raffles: 7:45 – 8:30ish
