The Military & Family Readiness Center is offering a free workshop for expecting parents. Get tips from the experts on important subjects such as:- labor, delivery, and caring for your newborn
- infant dental care
- financial education from birth to college
- navigating TriCare
- financial awareness of the cost of raising a child
- stress management for new parents
Active duty Air Force and Space Force participants will receive $100 from AFAS and much, much more. This course satisfies the MyVector requirement for mandatory Birth of First Child training.
