How to play Bunco.

Bunco is a social dice game usually played with 12 players, though you can adapt it for fewer.
What You Need
3 dice per table
Score sheets and pencils
A bell (optional)
12 players divided into 3 tables of 4 players each
Setup
Number the tables: Head Table, Table 2, and Table 3.
Players sit in pairs across from their partners.
Play is divided into 6 rounds. Each round corresponds to a number (1 through 6).
How to Play
Round 1
The goal is to roll 1s.
A player rolls all 3 dice:
One 1 = 1 point
Three 1s = 21 points (a Bunco)
Three of any other matching number = 5 points
Any other roll = 0 points
If the player scores points, they keep rolling. When they score no points, the dice pass to the next player.
Winning a Round
Play continues until a team at the Head Table reaches 21 points.
The Head Table rings the bell.
Everyone stops and records scores.
Moving After Each Round
Winning teams move up a table.
Losing teams move down a table.
At the Head Table, the winning team stays.
Players usually switch partners according to the group's chosen rotation rules.

The target number changes:
Round 2: roll 2s
Round 3: roll 3s
Round 4: roll 4s
Round 5: roll 5s
Round 6: roll 6s
