About this Event
Join us at "Bumps, Births and Bravery", "Give to Gain" and "Balance the Scales: Safe, Heard & Free" for an enriching event dedicated to sharing parents' lived experience journeys and enhancing the experience of good quality maternity care. This event is part of ANKH Place CIC Perinatal Programme and is aimed at improving ante-natal, maternity and neonatal outcomes for the global majority by sharing experiences, engaging in meaningful discussions, and influencing and shaping the future of maternity care.
Through shared stories, open dialogue, and collective reflection, we’ll explore perinatal mental health, disability, ill-health and maternity care, fathers' safe space to contribute, mother or baby loss, and we will create a space that amplifies community voices, and drives meaningful change in perinatal and maternity care.
This Un-conference aims at advancing the discussions initiated over the previous Un-conferences and focus on actionable next steps to improve maternity care for all women, specifically Global majority women.
